About the Role - Process Industry Manufacturing Technician Apprentice

As an apprentice, you will learn how to safely operate, maintain, and improve industrial manufacturing processes. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain practical skills and technical knowledge to support efficient, high-quality production.

You’ll be involved in day-to-day plant operations, helping to ensure equipment runs smoothly, products meet quality standards, and safety remains a top priority.

What You’ll Be Doing - Process Industry Manufacturing Technician Apprentice

· Operating and monitoring manufacturing plant equipment

· Supporting the production of high-quality products

· Identifying and reporting faults, issues, or safety concerns

· Assisting with basic maintenance and equipment checks

· Preparing equipment for maintenance and shutdown activities

· Completing production records and documentation

· Taking part in shift handovers and team communication

· Supporting continuous improvement activities such as 5S and Lean

Training & Development

You will complete the Level 3 Process Industry Manufacturing Technician apprenticeship.

· Duration: 2 years

· Structured learning: Typically, 1 day per week (online learning + occasional in-person sessions)

· On-the-job training with experienced mentors
