Process Technician - Stourton

We are currently recruiting for a Process Technician to work within the Process Operations department on a full time basis. The working hours for this role will be 42 hours per week, working on a shift Rota of 4on4off after training, during training you will be required to work within a Mon to Fri capacity, this role Includes bookable holidays.

How will you make an impact?

Reporting into the LCO Team Leader, the role will involve working as part of a closely knit team of skilled Technicians to achieve and surpass processing and production targets through the use of performance management tools and process confirmation.

• Promotes and practices a strong safety culture amongst the team whilst upholding a high level of GMP and adhere to 5S standards.
• Process order management using SAP systems.
• Ensuring that company policies and procedures are maintained with regard to Food Safety, GMP, Customer Codes of Practice, Health & safety. Environment and operating practices.
• Contributing to site Key Performance Indicators and Tactical Implementation Plans

What will you need to succeed?

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the correct leadership behaviours that a role of this nature demands. You will be a confident communicator and team player with strong attention to detail. Ideally, you will have experience in an operational role within a manufacturing or logistics environment with knowledge of lean tools and techniques. Computer skills are required with previous use of SAP and Microsoft Office advantageous.
