Production Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join an established food manufacturing business in Aberdeen.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with people who already understand what it takes to work within a busy food production environment and have experience leading, supervising or supporting a production team.

You don’t necessarily need to be an experienced Production Supervisor. If you are currently working as a Team Leader, Line Leader, Senior Operator or similar and are ready to take on more responsibility, we would be interested in hearing from you.

What We're Looking For

The key things we are looking for are:

• Experience working within a food manufacturing or food processing environment
• A good understanding of how a food production area operates
• Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a production team
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Confidence organising people and keeping production moving effectively
• Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
• Someone comfortable working within a fast-paced factory environment

Pay: £15.00 per hour + additional overtime opportunities
Hours: 4 on, 4 off – day shifts
