As a Production Supervisor, you’ll manage productivity, maintain high quality standards and proactively take ownership of operational challenges. You’ll communicate effectively across shifts, maintain operational continuity and work collaboratively with other supervisors to ensure consistent standards and accountability across the department. You’ll be joining a supportive leadership environment where you’ll benefit from ongoing training and professional development, with clear progression opportunities into operational management. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence and improve a growing production operation, making a visible impact on performance and continuous improvement.

Building a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, supporting succession planning and talent development
Working cross-functionally with planning, quality and leadership teams to improve operational effectiveness
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping across the department
