Our client Davin Industries is a recognized industry leader in precision sheet metal fabrication and contract batch manufacturing. They are looking for multiple welders to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of fabrication projects within a supportive production environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and work across a variety of materials and products.
Day or afternoon shift options are available.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Light fabrication and welding across a range of products
  • MIG and TIG welding
  • Working with a variety of materials, including:
    • Stainless steel
    • Aluminium
    • Duplex steel
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Measuring, preparing and assembling components
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Working alongside the wider production team
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
  • Previous welding and/or fabrication experience is preferred
  • Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong focus on quality and health and safety
If you have minimal welding or fabrication experience but are keen to learn and want to build a career within a quality production environment, this could also be a great opportunity for you. Davin Industries is willing to invest in training and development for the right person.

Welding certificates are advantageous but not essential. For the right candidate, support can be provided to help obtain relevant certifications.

  • Competitive hourly rate depending on experience (shift allowances apply for afternoon shift)
  • Day or afternoon shift available 7:40-3:40 or 3:40-11:45 (afternoon shift required to train on days)
