🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing robust quality assurance systems that set the bar high.
• Taking the lead in managing and maintaining our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BBA accreditations—you’ll be the go-to expert!
• Inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet precise specifications.
• Driving root cause analysis and leading impactful corrective and preventive actions.
• Keeping quality documentation audit-ready and aligned with ISO standards.
• Working closely with Production, Technical, and Procurement teams to solve problems and unlock process efficiencies.
• Conducting internal audits and supporting external and customer audits with confidence.
• Training staff and promoting a culture of quality across the organisation.
• Leveraging data to track trends and create compelling reports that drive decisions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, especially within Construction or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience with steel fabrication or structural products is a huge plus.
• Hands-on auditing experience and a knack for continuous improvement.
