Service Engineer - EMEA (Germany, Poland)

We are a fast-growing team of young professionals. For our EMEA region, we are looking for full time Service Engineer.

Responsibility

• Responsible for on-site escort and product technical problem handling
• Collect and screen feedback from clients and partners, build and improve communication channels
• Responsible with product hardware maintenance
• Conduct in after-sales training for service partners and customers
• Execute and manage after-sales system, participate in spare parts materials application, transportation and recording
• Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction

Requirement

• With valid work permit
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
• Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs, with travel time accounting for 70%-80%
• Fluent in spoken and written English to meet daily and business communication needs; Cantonese, Chinese or other
  European language is a plus

• With driver's license
• Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
