Job Description
As a Cleaning Maintenance Operative, you will work as part of a team to maintain our premises on both a reactive and planned basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities by carrying out a wide range of cleaning and upkeep tasks across our premises.
This is a hands-on role where you will be ensuring our outdoor environment is always at its best for colleagues and visitors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar cleaning, Janitor, or facilities role would be advantageous
Experience with specialised access equipment such as scissor lifts, cherry pickers, or telehandlers is preferred.
Proactive and reliable approach to work.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Good communication skills.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
Possession of a full UK driving licence is preferred.
Additional Information
Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-presented, and supporting the Facilities team with ad-hoc tasks to maintain these high standards.
Chaperoning visitors, acting as a point of contact, guiding them, and ensuring they have a positive and professional experience.
Managing and disposing of all waste efficiently, adhering to recycling policies and ensuring a tidy and hygienic environment.
Maintaining and improving a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities, ensuring a safe, professional and visually appealing environment.
