As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties which includes allocation of studies to radiologists; ensuring all information is managed correctly; logging of activities; liaising with clients and following up accordingly. You will act as the main point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquiries for the radiologist team, working with multidisciplinary team members, other health professionals, and staff.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Allocate studies in line with clients’ service level agreement (SLA) and radiologists’ skill mix and availability

Maintain accurate client activity logs

Deal with administrative queries and requests from clients and act as a liaison with the clinicians, as necessary

Respond to all client and radiologist queries and requests

Ensure reports are in line with turnaround time requirements

Collaborate within operations team to ensure smooth transition and coverage of all work

Action tasks set by radiologists via our systems and email

Support clients and radiologists with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) training and issues

Taking on ad-hoc tasks and operational projects, as requested

Preferred:
Experience

Experience in healthcare or radiology department management, preferably with exposure to teleradiology operations

Demonstrated understanding of radiology imaging modalities, protocols, and procedures (education will also be provided)
Knowledge and Technical Ability

Proficiency in understanding teleradiology software (i.e., PACS)
Qualification and Training

Bachelor’s degree preferred
