Your focus areas will include:

• Operational Oversight: Managing warehouse and processing operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Performance Management: Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing changes that drive productivity and quality.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensuring data security protocols are met, maintaining strong health and safety practices, and overseeing inventory control.
