Salary: Up to £33,689 per year
Shift Pattern: Continental – rotating days and nights including weekends
Location: Burton Latimer

Join our dedicated team at XPO, working on the Weetabix contract in Burton Latimer. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Machine Operator to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork come first.

As part of our production team, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure continuous, efficient, and safe production. You’ll take pride in keeping equipment running smoothly, meeting production targets, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to maintain efficiency and quality standards
• Carrying out routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and following all Health & Safety procedures
• Identifying and reporting any issues to minimise downtime

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks and stand for long periods during shifts
• Willingness to work a continental shift pattern, including rotating days and nights
