Do you want to run high-speed filling lines that produce household-favourite milk products, driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement every shift?

As a Production Technician on our Yellow Team, you’ll keep our filling lines performing at their best—solving issues fast, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement and team decision-making.

How you will make an impact

You will ensure the efficient running of filling lines in the Production area, contributing to quality and technical standards so the team can produce high-quality milk products reliably and cost-effectively. You’ll operate equipment and production systems (LMS/SAP), resolve minor breakdowns, maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, and plan production to optimise resources and output.

  • Operate and effectively run filling lines using production systems (LMS/SAP) and equipment (e.g., Labeller, Fillers) to consistently deliver high-quality products.
  • Work to high standards to achieve targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction; ensure full completion of daily targets.
  • Monitor equipment performance; correct or raise issues before they escalate; resolve minor breakdowns and perform basic maintenance.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene and health & safety standards; ensure departmental procedures are followed, records maintained, and regular audits completed.
  • Plan production to optimise resources and output; contribute to team reporting and decision-making; promote strong communication and working relationships.

What will make you successful

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an operational role in food manufacturing.
  • Strong quality and safety awareness; familiarity with CIP, hygiene, dairy H&S and product quality standards.
  • Competent with production systems and PC skills; lean awareness and understanding of milk supply chain and sustainability.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and quality testing; disciplined in following procedures and maintaining records.
  • Proactive problem solver: you use initiative to keep lines running and prevent issues.
  • Quality-driven operator: you uphold strict hygiene and safety while meeting daily targets.
