Job Description
Maintenance Team Member
You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
What you will be doing:
Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance.
Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotel’s quality requirements.
Alongside the Maintenance Manager you ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.
Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
Manage and supervise team members in their day to day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed.
Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in hotel required.
No VISA provided, right to work in UK needed.

Possibility to join Engineer Trust Training after the 3 months probationary period.
